Individualized Care Services - are provided based on an assessment of each person's unique needs and requests. We offer three Levels of Care, plus Enhanced Care with an increase of $500 per level. In order to determine the appropriate Service Plan, an assessment must be completed by our staff nurse prior to move in. All Service Plans will be reviewed quarterly, or as needed. ($250 of the $500 deposit is refundable after assessment if the potential resident is not considered to be appropriate.)
Respite Care is offered when apartments are available for short-term stays. The minimum period is two weeks. We are pleased to provide family caregivers with a safe place for their loved ones to enjoy while they are away, of if a place to recuperate is needed.
